The funeral of former CAQ Minister Nadine Giraud, who died of lung cancer on February 12, will be held in Laval on March 3 and 4.

The general public will have their first opportunity to offer their condolences to family and loved ones at the Les Espaces Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, March 3, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Quebec government announced Wednesday that a private ceremony will be held at the same location at 2 p.m. the next day.
“Anyone who had the chance to meet Nadine knows what an amazing woman she was. She was a role model for many women first in business and then in politics.
My deepest condolences to your husband Alan, your family and loved ones. Nadine, we will never forget you,” Prime Minister François Legault said.
