Windsor police are looking for a suspect in a recent theft of a package from a home on Parent Avenue.
Police report that on March 1 shortly before noon an individual caught on a security camera walked up to a residence and took a package off the front porch of the home.

Case 23-300982 Suspect wanted for porch pirate theft The Windsor Police Service is looking for a suspect who stole a parcel from a home in the 1600 block of Parent Avenue. On March 1, 2023, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the suspect in the video was seen walking up to a residence and taking the package on the front porch. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25-35 years old. At the time of the theft, the suspect wore a black jacket, black pants (possibly “ECHO” brand) with a red symbol on the knee, black Nike runners, and a grey Toronto Maple Leafs hat. We would like to remind everyone to please use caution when getting packages delivered to your residence. Leave specific delivery instructions or have a trusted person pick up your package for you. The individual is described as a white male between 25 and 35 years old. At the time the individual was wearing a black jacket, black pants with a red symbol on the knee, black Nike running shoes and a grey Toronto Maple Leafs hat.
Residents are reminded to leave specific delivery instructions or have a trusted person pick up your package to minimize the possibility for theft.
